1. 縱向磁化線圈采用自主知識產權的雙螺旋鎖緊開合線圈，保證磁化線圈接點不發(fā)熱不打火，線圈通電可靠，磁化效果穩(wěn)定，線圈壽命長

2. 采用了變頻傳動裝置來控制車軸旋轉，轉速可自由設定并實現(xiàn)動態(tài)換向，便于觀察磁痕

3. 采取磁化電流不等值衰減措施，關斷電源時自動退磁，被檢測工件剩磁小

4. 采用了的可控硅調流系統(tǒng)，磁化電流連續(xù)可調
