DOG-3082B溶氧儀Dissolved oxygen meter是我公司生產的在線電化學分析儀之一,為高智能化在線連續監測儀。可以配極譜式電極，自動實現從ppb級到ppm級的寬范圍測量，是檢測鍋爐給水、凝結水、環保污水等行業的液體中氧含量測量的儀器。儀器采用壁掛式安裝外殼，方便客戶安裝x現場。

 Dissolved oxygen meter is one of the on-line electro-chemical analyzers developed by this Company. It is a highly inligent on-line continuous monitoring device. It can be used together with polarographic electrode to realize wide range measurement from ppb level to ppm level. It is a special instrument for testing and measuring the oxygen content of such water as boiler supply water, condensate and waste water.

全中文顯示,界面美觀：采用高分辨率的液晶顯示模塊,所有的數據、狀態和操作提示都是中文顯示,*沒有廠家自己定義的符號或代碼。

Display fully in Chinese, and beautiful interface: It uses a high-resolution LCD display module, and all data, status and operation prompts are displayed in Chinese, without any symbols or codes defined by the manufacturer.

簡單的菜單結構,文本式的人表對話： 與傳統的儀表相比, 功能增加了很多,但由于采用了分門別類的菜單結構,類似微機的操作方法,使用起來更清晰、方便。不必記憶操作步驟和操作順序;可以不用說明書,按照屏幕上的提示就可操作。

Simple menu structure, and text-type man-machine interaction: Compared with traditional instruments,  is provided with many new functions. However, with sorted menu structure and the operation manner similar to PC, it can be conveniently and simply operated. Users need not remember the operation steps and sequences, and can operate it even without a user manual, just following the prompts on the screen.  

多參數同時顯示：在一屏上同時顯示氧濃度值、輸入電流或輸出電流、溫度、時間和狀態。主顯示以10×10mm規格顯示氧濃度值,醒目,可視距離遠；6個副顯示以5×5的規格顯示輸入電流或輸出電流、溫度、狀態、星期、年月日和時分秒等,以滿足用戶的不同使用習慣和提供儀表的時間基準。

Multi-parameter display in the same screen: It displays several parameters in the same screen, including oxygen concentration, input current or output current, temperature, time and status. The main display area displays oxygen concentration in 10×10mm, very striking and readable even far away; The 6 auxiliary display areas display in 5×5mm the input/output current, temperature, status, week, date and time, designed to meet different habits of users and providing time base for the instrument.

歷史曲線功能：二次表每五分鐘自動存儲測量的氧濃度值,可連續存儲一個月的數據。 “歷史曲線”從總體上反映水質的變化趨勢和過程,很有利于發現問題和解決問題。“定時定點”功能將得到特定點、特定時間的被測氧濃度和溫度值。

History curve: It can save the measurement data automatically every 5 minutes, and can store the oxygen concentration data of one consecutive month. The “history curve” can generally reflects the changing tendency and course of the water quality, and can help identify and solve problems. “Specified point/time” is used to obtain the oxygen concentration and temperature values at specified point/time.

記事本功能：忠實記錄儀表的操作使用情況和報警的發生時間,便于管理。

Notepad: The notepad faithfully records the operation conditions and alarming time of the instrument, providing convenience for management.

電極的研究功能：存儲50次標定的方式、時間和結果,以分析電極的變化規律。

Electrode analysis: It can store the manners, time and results of 50 calibrations, helping to analyze the changing law of the electrode.

數字時鐘功能：顯示當前的時間,為數字記錄功能提供時間基準。

Digital clock: It displays the current time, providing time base for the digital recording.

背光功能：可在光線昏暗或*沒光亮的環境下使用,根據溫度變化,自動調節對比度,也可人工調節,使顯示始終清晰。

Backlight: With the backlight it can be used in dim and even compley dark environment. The contrast can be adjusted automatically according to temperature change, or adjusted manually to ensure clear display all along.

工業控制式看門狗：確保儀表不會死機,這是在線式儀表的基本要求。

Industrial watchdog: This ensures no system crash of the instrument, which is the basic requirement for an on-line instrument.

輸出電流設置與檢查功能：手動電流源功能,可檢查和任意設定輸出電流值,方便檢測記錄儀和下位機。

Output current setting and checking: It is provided with manual current source function, so output current can be checked and set freely, providing convenience for inspection of recorder and downstream instruments.

軟件設定電流輸出方式：軟件選擇是0～10mA或4～20mA輸出,而不需用戶撥任何開關。

Software-set current output: The software selects output with the range of 0～10mA or 4～20mA, and user need not touch any switch.

四種標定方式：除傳統的一點和兩點標定方法外,還有手動輸入零點和斜率以及已知氧濃度值標定等方法,以滿足在各種情況下的使用。

Four calibration manners: Except the traditional one-point and two-point calibration, it also provides calibration by manual input zero-point and slope and known oxygen concentration value, so that various needs of users can be met.

使用儀表會碰到一些新的名詞和術語，現說明如下：

The following new terms are used for  Dissolved oxygen meter. See the following explanation:  

Pa和bar(巴)都是大氣壓強的單位,1bar=10⁵Pa,1mbar=100Pa=1hPa

Pa and bar are both units of atmospheric pressure: 1bar=10⁵Pa,1mbar=100Pa=1hPa

I₀：本說明書和顯示屏上的I₀代表氧濃度為零時的電流（就如同pH電極的零電位一樣），但相當穩定。

I₀: I₀ in this manual and the screen means the current at the time of zero oxygen concentration (similar as the zero potential of pH electrode).

S：本說明書和顯示屏上的S代表氧電極的斜率。單位為pA/mbr,為負值,一般為-100～-300（nA/mbr）。

S: S in this manual and the screen means the slope of the oxygen electrode, in pA/mbr. This value is a minus, generally -100～-300 (nA/mbr).
