 全自動型)適用于制藥、食品、醫療器械、化妝品等行業的包裝袋、瓶、管、罐、盒等的密封試驗。亦可進行經跌落、耐壓試驗后的試件的密封性能測試。MFY-01采用負壓測試模式,全自動計時自動補充真空,屬于全自動高精度包裝檢漏設備。通過試驗可以有效地比較和評價軟包裝件的密封工藝及密封性能,儀器廣泛應用于食品、塑料軟包裝、濕巾、制藥企業、日化等行業。  

藥品包裝密封儀可用于以下測試:  
本密封測試儀應用于藥品泡罩包裝:粉末、片劑、膠囊、隱形眼鏡等采用泡罩的包裝形式的樣品。  
小頂空包裝:鋁塑復合袋、沖劑包裝、小劑量藥粉等頂空小的包裝。  
密閉容器:西林瓶、安瓿瓶、注射器、口服液、無菌袋、輸液袋/瓶、水針劑、粉針劑、BFS瓶、API瓶、BPC瓶、FFS瓶等任何形狀、任何材質、任何尺寸的密閉容器的密封性試驗。

系統采用數字預置試驗真空度及真空保持時間,確保測試數據的準確性 
采用進口氣動元件,性能穩定可靠 
自動恒壓補氣進一步確保測試能夠在預設的真空條件下進行 
專業軟件支持自動反吹卸載和自動結束試驗的功能,確保試驗過程的順利進行 
系統采用微電腦控制,搭配液晶顯示屏、PVC操作面板方便用戶快捷地進行試驗操作及數據查看 
測試原理 
通過對真空室抽真空,使浸在水中的試樣產生內外壓差,觀測試樣內氣體外逸情況,以此判定試樣的密封性能;通過對真空室抽真空,使試樣產生內外壓差,觀測試樣膨脹及釋放真空后試樣形狀恢復情況,以此判定試樣的密封性能。
